Currently working on HDB’s Legal Enterprise System - product design strategy and user experience design.
Led UXUI design efforts for a key client, a confidential government agency, at Accenture. Developed and managed a design system following the Atomic Design methodology. Guided the redesign of the agency's HR portal and played a pivotal role in creating a Competency Assessment tool. Regularly facilitated workshops with stakeholders and users for ongoing usability improvements. Undertook short-term side projects as needed to support client objectives.
